The AWE Server Source is available in three variants:

1. For customers without platinum support. They will need to
   • acquire 50 or more licenses for AWE server and
   • pay an additional fee of 5000 AUD to protect our technology (subject to yearly renewal).
2. For customers with platinum support. They will need to
   • Keep their support active all the time they are using AWE in their products and
   • acquire 10 or more licenses for AWE server and
   • pay an additional fee of 5000 AUD to protect our technology (subject to yearly renewal).
3. As escrow agreement add-on to our platinum support. We do not charge anything extra for this agreement add-on but any legal fees for the setup and the escrow service would have to be carried by you, the customer. Please be aware that the escrow agreement is an add-on, as such it will be invalid if it is not combined with an active platinum support. Escrow agreements are designed to protect your investment into technology and as such will NOT give you immediate access to the source code for AWE.
