If you have a different version installed (eg trial) you should uninstall the existing version before installing. It is not necessary to uninstall earlier incremental versions of the Embedded Server version.

The install wizard is straightforward; select install directory, wether you want components to be compiled and installed (if unchecked, source is copied to disk but not installed into IDE), wether you want binaries and help files downloaded, and keep clicking Next until done.
