Notes
♦ | The degree of the row value predicands shall be 1. |
♦ | The data types shall be comparable. |
♦ | The predicate evaluates to TRUE if the comparison criteria is met, else to FALSE. |
♦ | If either of the row values are null, then the predicate evaluates to UNKNOWN. |
